21 ST ANNUAL BUSINESS IN THE ARTS AWARDS GALA MAY 25

The 21 st annual Business in the Arts Awards will be held May 25 at 6:00 p.m. at the Center of New Hampshire – Radisson Hotel in Manchester. Sponsored by the New Hampshire Business Committee for the Arts, the gala will honor the thirty-three New Hampshire businesses nominated for this year’s awards, and then name the four winners. The evening highlights a celebration of business support for the arts with a performance showcase.

Scott Spradling, News Anchor, WMUR-TV, is the Master of Ceremonies for the festivities. The line up of New Hampshire performers include musician Skip Gorman, poet John Perrault, two faculty solos from The Moving Company Dance Center and the Songweavers.

More arts features include a cultural trivia quiz show with lucky contestants winning baskets filled with goodies from New Hampshire’s cultural institutions and two Southwest Air tickets as the grand prize; the League of NH Craftsmen exhibitions as table centerpieces; and artist Lisa Grey creations as the award prizes.

The thirty-three businesses were nominated for their support of the arts including sponsorships, employee volunteerism, and donations of products and services. The winners in each of four categories will be announced during the evening.
