Leadership NominationBusiness In The Arts 2012 Leadership Award Nomination Form Individuals, businesses and representatives of arts organizations may nominate a New Hampshire business executive for a Business in the Arts Leadership Award. The Leadership Award will be given to an individual business executive to recognize exceptional leadership, vision and commitment in encouraging and developing the partnership between business and the arts. The award was created to honor a long-term body of work with an enduring impact on the cultural environment, rather than one specific project. To be eligible for a Leadership Award, an individual must be a chairman, vice chairman, president, chief executive officer, owner or principal partner of a business. Individuals who are retired or employed by tax-exempt, charitable organizations are not eligible. Please submit one nomination per form (submission). To nominate more than one person, you may complete and submit another online form. Word processor users may address these questions on separate sheets using the same format, then mail or email them to NHBCA (arts@NHBCA.com). You may find it helpful to refer to the outlined criteria. Please note that the Leadership nomination should contain as much information about the Leader's support as you can gather. Additional endorsements by others - both business and arts leaders - also help to give a well-rounded and complete picture which increases his/her changes of the award. All nominations must be received in the NHBCA offices by February 3, 2012. Nomination submitted by: |
