Lawyers for the Arts / New HampshireIn 2002, Lawyers for the Arts/New Hampshire, a program of the New Hampshire
Business Committee for the Arts, established a relationship with Franklin
Pierce Law Center in Concord - now the UNH School of Law - to direct New
Hampshire artists and arts organizations with arts-related legal
issues to the clinic at the School of Law. The Clinic is student staffed
and faculty supervised and in general assists people in civil matters
who are unable to pay. In addition, the School of Law is a specialist
in Intellectual Property matters and has a successful record of assisting
people with issues in a variety of creative fields. If you are NOT a New Hampshire artist or arts organization,
please contact your state's bar association or a local volunteer lawyers
for the arts office. The various volunteer lawyers program are independent
and there is no national central office. |
